Raymarine expands their business to Holland wih a distribution and customer services office

Raymarine, the leading manufacturer of electronic products to the leisure marine market, is opening its Netherlands office on 1st July 2011. Raymarine Nederland has been set up to provide a dedicated sales, service, technical support and country distribution facilities within Holland. The office will be based at Velp, near Arnhem, in the South East of the region, an area which offers excellent transportation links throughout the Netherlands.

Raymarine Nederland will be staffed by a team of dedicated and experienced staff, providing excellent sales, service and support within the Netherlands to consumers, dealers, retailers and OEMs. This includes many of the country’s renowned and specialist super yacht builders, many of whom fit Raymarine as standard on vessels ranging from sail and powerboats, tenders and support craft.

The team in the Netherlands will be headed up by Country Manager, Harrold van Asselt, supported by Marc Ledieurt, Raymarine’s Area Sales Manager European Subsidiaries. Marc van der Hoek and Maarten Beemster have joined the company as Internal Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager respectively. Jeroen Marijnissen will also join the company as Field Sales Manager from 1st July when the new office opens.
